We want you to be happy with your experience of shopping at Ginger Marmalade, so if you have any trouble with your Ginger Marmalade item, we will of course refund you the cost of the item.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your Ginger Marmalade item in which to return it for a refund.

We do however ask that you pay postage when you send the item back to us. We will also need to receive the item back in a re-saleable condition before we can issue the refund unless there is a fault with the item.
